SAIFLASHES is dedicated to provide professional, high-quality aesthetic services that leave every client feeling satisfied, confident and cared for. Due to each of our service being a personalized treatment, the utilization of time, expertise and professional products used cannot be recovered once provided. Given this reason, our salon does not issue refunds on any service. 

Although, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are not completely content with the outcome of your results, we are more than happy to provide a complimentary adjustment or correction within 3 business days of your appointment. This applies to our hair, lashes, nail and skin services. 

We encourage you to share any concerns during or immediately after your appointment so adjustments can be made right away. Our team's priority is to ensure you love your results and we are committed to working with you to achieve that.

Please note that everyone hair, lash and skin type is different. We cannot completely replicate your inspiration photo but achieve something similar. Clear communication is the key to satisfaction.
